Banned Users In the Room?

There are two reasons a person can enter the room when banned, or when "i thought you were banned?"

Some times people use what is called 3rd party programs to get arround a ban.

Each person who is banned is placed on a 30 day ban list.
After this time, the Ban is lifted and they are again allowed
in the room.
